We are adding more to the buy lists, plus we have fleshed out our battery buying. We are also creating scrap pricing.

We are currently looking for Dell E6400/E6500 and E6410/E6510 Laptop batteries as well as batteries made on or after 2013 if they have a date code. Willing to pay $2.00 a lb for these, more for larger quantities. As yet these are the only batteries I know contain samsung 26C and 26E cells which is what I am looking for. If you are willing to ship me just the cells I will pay $4.00/lb.
GOOD NEWS!!! Today we start our "vintage" cpu market. A list of collectibles will be up at the top by the end of the day and ALSO located in the cpu buy sheet. Collectors in this market are few and far between however we have marked several not-that-old cpus that most of you probably throw away without even GLANCING at it.

1. Prices are updated, across all lists (this takes a long time for me to do these days lol)
2. I am looking for wire by the gaylord. I can arrange shipping, I do not want to buy baled wire, sorry. (It's been asked and I have a hard time processing baled wire down). I am also still looking for titanium.
3. I officially resume regular scheduling next week and then in the second week of June I will be out of the office for a week for personal reasons (I need a vacation).

nonfunctional cpus are considered scrap.
I like to update my customers on business trends and to give an insight into our process. I'm announcing now that we are doing in house refining of gold and tinned memory. I will toll out LARGE lots (more than 500lbs). Keep in mind that many of the highest available prices are not reflective of the recoverable PMs. My buy price is VERY close to target already.
Second, we are SERIOUS buyers of all things copper wire. We are in the process of ramping up a facility for wire processing and are staging large buys for this purpose when the machine is assembled and ready for production. On computer wire you will find there isn't much wiggle room, I am accepting that when buying computer wire it is with all ends still attached and the wire is also tinned or shielded.
Third, we have new hires in the process of training right now. You may notice an increased capacity and speed of turn around for your material. It has been the next logical step to increase intake capacity and we are making that move now. We are putting together a national team for IT asset liquidation and wire removal. The plan has been to take the show on the road and now we are. We have one summer project already lined up in addition to a few east coast projects for buildings with scheduled demolition. (After all we do have the feed the machine and pay for it).
Lastly, with all the activity in the consumer processor market as well as 3 new processor generations in less than two years the i series market is quickly coming down. Much the same as the core 2 market came down. The plan here is to try to wait before reducing prices until the last possible moments. In addition you may have noticed the steady expansion of our buy lists. Our hard drive services will soon include a certificate of data destruction upon request, particularly for valuable larger storage drives.
P.S. We will be ISO environmental certified this year, in addition we carry on site pollution insurance nationwide and our people are currently undergoing asbestos exposure and mitigation training so we can work inside buildings with loose asbestos to do wire and e waste removals. Lastly, we are in the planning, operating procedures and assessment phase of R2 with expectations of having an audit done for the certification sometime this winter. We also want to clarify with everyone that no we do not send material overseas without the express knowledge it is for REUSE only. Furthermore we do not do business with exporters or second tier handlers whom do export e waste. It has been asked if we do several times due to some recent news articles and in my home state a neighboring business getting caught exporting waste while claiming to be R2 (which was expired anyways, they failed an audit). My personal message is as follows "I started this business with the idea that we would do the impossible and make it marketable to operate in the US with US labor and US derived material ONLY. So far I've exceeded expectations by saving material from export through other companies."

I had the pleasure of meeting TJ and his crew today and wanted to be sure to leave feedback on my experience.
I've been dealing with ewaste for about a year and a half now. And in that time I've mainly been shipping fedex to another buyer on this forum as there's no reasonably paying yard anywhere near me that I know of that deals with boards or other ewaste items. And while I have no general complaints with them, I do lose 35 cents per lb in shipping. I could knock that down considerably by switching to freight. But with my current volume and variety of scrap, it would be more hassle than I care to deal with. In that year and a half I've accumulated much material that wouldn't be worth shipping either method.
A month ago my wife and I had our second child, and thanks to scrap, I've been able to take 5 weeks off my full time without touching my vacation days. I decided to do a full purge of my stash while I had the time off to do so. So I spent the last week doing a final sort and gathering of pretty much everything I had that can't go to my general metal yard. TJ was very helpful, responsive, and timely getting back to me on every question I had as I'm just barely learning to grade all my boards. I did my best to sort everything out to his standards. I loaded up almost 2000lbs of material ranging from low grade boards, to monitors, to telecom and everything inbetween and took the 2 hour ride to his shop.
Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed. I pulled around to the receiving dock and proceeded to help the crew get my material inside. TJ personally oversaw the sorting and grading of my material, showing me what to do better/different for next time. Showing the same patience I experienced during our pre-drop off correspondence.
Overall, for the amount and variety material I brought in, it was processed in a timely manner. I had 27 different categories, some of which he resorted 100 percent to give me the best price. And some (due to my experience level) were in separate boxes that had to be combined later. Or were outright mixed up. (Sorry TJ) And he had to receive a large shipment halfway through. From the time I arrived to the time I left was about 2 hours. Which may seem like much but considering how much he sorted for me, it isn't.
At the end of the day, I was overall pleased with the entire transaction from start to finish. And for the first time in my 7 year scrapping career got a 4 digit paycheck. Which is always a nice bonus. I will definitely be doing business with TJ again in the future and most likely be bringing him all my ewaste from here on out to save the hassle and cost of shipping.

Here is a review of my first transactions with armygreywolf.
First I want to say the absolute easiest and fastest way to get a hold of this man is through text message..
From day I shipped (a large box) to the day I received payment through paypal, the total transaction took about 3 weeks.
I shipped a good variety of reusable components, most untested. I am happy with the speed in which this transaction was done. On my end, I just whipped things out and packaged them for shipment. I could have packed the circuit boards better as I'm sure some were damaged in shipment. I sent motherboards with the cpu's and RAM still attached together. So although some of the some of the mobos were mucked up, the RAM and cpu's were not damaged in shipment and I was paid a fair price for them.
I did not take the time to test most things and for this reason I had a range of what I was expecting to get paid. And what I was paid was close to the middle of that range. I was sent a detailed list of payment for each item. Some of the items I was paid a little more than I expected, some of them a little less than I expected.
Overall, I am satisfied with this transaction and with armygreywolf. I will be using his service again and will recommend others to send your items to him.
edit* - If you are expecting one certain price for your goods, confirm the price with him first. (I think this is stated in the top of this tread)
I believe the package was handled by former Pittsburg Steelers linebackers to be honest. FedEx was not kind to the package what so ever with protruding boards and barring a pallet shipment I'm not sure it could be done better. I apologize for the time taken, we are a bit overwhelmed from recent events and some of that was my unpreparedness about what to do with the personal aspect. Anyways, it was about a week beyone typical for a motherboard inclusive shipment, we tried to make the best of it and managed to save what we could lol! If you don't mind nutpie I'm going to post a picture of how your package arrived? It is rather comical that you shipped a box and I got essentially a cardboard ball. On that note I let fedex know how displeased I was.
I did however not add the shipping I paid to your settlement, it wasn't fair to you how badly the package was treated.
