Had a good first time transaction with army sent some 2gb ram and specialty video cards and payment was great on them. Had some technical difficulties but that happens to all of us. Nice to know about the AMD chips I have started another area on the work bench for items to send to him. I would reccomend him to other members he is very responsive email or text. Army I'll shoot you a text when the next box is ready!

I will be adding categories as I settle with my "new" refiner on a payment and drop off schedule. The digital camera boards are a tentative price which may fluctuate over time.

Unculled memory means it hasnt been sorted out for reusable memory. Original post will be updated with a picture of a ccd digital camera board.

Added new categories AND new more than scrap value item requests. Gold and Silver are very likely to plummet Monday morning. IF you send me a tracking number by Monday at close of business I will honor the prices listed above for your shipment.

    Big time update pending everyone!

I will be buying scrap graphics cards in a special category of their own. I will probably need them without heatsink attached, expect the price to be even higher as a result.

Cleaned up some graphics cards tonight, ended up with 2 pounds. Maybe in another year I'll have enough to pay the postage from Canada

That does remind me about international shipments. BE SURE YOU PROPERLY LABEL YOUR PACKAGE CONTENTS. If you do not, it will sit in customs for weeks until someone has the chance to physically inspect it. The inspectors have no idea what they are looking at so they simply leave it sit (twice now) and make contact with me to ask what it was I expected to receive. This whole process is avoided by proper labeling "Scrap Electronic Printed Circuit Boards". Twice now I've had to explain how long this process takes if when the box goes through the xray machine they cannot match it up as what you say it is. I am not responsible for not receiving a held package. If in doubt follow the shipping company requirements to the letter and ALWAYS leave your phone contact information on the label for customs. DO NOT put gold, silver, platinum or palladium on the label...never ever do that. Packages get stolen with those words on them...they arrive damaged...that has happened to me already. Think the USPS has nothing but fine upstanding people working for them? There's always that 1%...and I've had to deal with that one percent.

Since I have been having trouble keeping in contact let me help everyone who's interested in doing business with me right now.

No excuses to be made but keep in mind my day starts at 6am and goes until I am done. 9pm, 10...11? 7 days a week. There is only ONE sure fire way to make same day contact with me. My phone number, call or text, listed above, but also here: 9 two oh five 7 three 3 one three nine. If you text me, that is the preferred method, it will get you the quickest response. If you CALL me and I don't answer, leave a voicemail. I have a digital mailbox so I can read what you say if I can't hear you.

I have to bring this up because it seems not to be understood. I am completely deaf in my right ear and yes, a bit hard of hearing in my left. I do not like talking on the phone. The phone is at a frequency that is difficult for me to hear and I have to really concentrate and stop everything I'm doing so I can hear you. However I can see just fine, now you all know.

Both email addresses go to my phone, text messages obviously, these methods will be responded to. Sending me a PM here may or may not be seen at all. Notifications seem to always go to my spam folders and I use the mobile app so I do not notice private messages unless I log in on my laptop.

    So to recap:

Operating hours that you CAN reach me 9am to 9pm Sunday through Sunday through every dang day. If you text me during this time period you will be responded to immediately provided I am not doing any of the following: Driving, Using power tools, Eating, in a meeting with a customer.

When you text or email me please tell me WHO you are and why your messaging me in the body of your first message. If you heard of me through SMF, tell me as much.

If you contacted me through private message or email and I have not responded in a day or two, try again or try a different method to reach me. I have 5 methods by which I may be contacted.

IF I say I will call and I don't, things got hectic and I'm still at work. I don't keep professional hours I keep hours that look something like hours of someone who works until it's done. I do not go home at 5. I do not take lunch at noon every day. My schedule has no regularity at all, my office is my phone, my business is built around a phone, a truck and a shop in no particular order of importance.

And remember, because I do feel bad when I forget to call or email or whatever...don't wait on me, give me a call, leave a voicemail, text me...email me again, DO NOT rely on private messages on this forum, I may or may not see them.

If I remove the backings off of all my finger boards, would there be a higher price for that? Just wondering, no big rush to hear back about it or anything, I still need a decent bit more to have enough to cover postage

Alright Everyone I made some big changes to the buy list.

First, for those of you sending CPUs and Memory you can now ask me for cpu trays and memory trays I will send you a box with the trays and a return label. It will be deducted from your invoice at time of payout. Because it's getting difficult to find trays I am not charging for the trays but I am charging $.10 each if you don't send them back. All trays I send are anti static, or will be included inside an anti static bag. All the above is to ensure everyone gets the maximum payout from successful testing. The colder it is the more susceptible components are to static discharge in shipping.

Second, you will notice my memory and cpu prices went up, once again I am in high demand. Take advantage of that because the price will go down once I've fulfilled my inventory requirements (approx 400-800 gb per type in inventory). To those who have steadily sent me processors and memory I say thank you and look forward to the next round.

Lastly, I've decided to be more aggressive in the laptop and desktop market. These prices are tentative. If the first few shipments coming in are solid units I will keep the prices as they are.

Thanks to you guys my business is growing and I am becoming a go to wholesale supplier to retailers in my area. I try to keep everything sent to me right here in the states. I am now refining network/wifi and camera boards myself using a combined hot sand strip and ball mill reduction method prior to a wash and then the refining process itself. I spent more than a year on very small lots learning and perfecting the process so I could later scale up. That time has come, I am slowly working my way to graphics cards and will eventually offer prepared card pricing based on my own recovery rates.

I get asked every now and then if I am working out of my house. The answer is yep, I am. I'm also working out of my shop. I have split my operations into scrap and refurbishing, the latter is done at home because well...my shop isn't heated.

The image above is probably a few years old but that's mine. Family tolerates my adventures and in trade I help pay down medical expenses, property taxes and so on for my elders. I don't get to use ALL that space just a few buildings.

can you explain what you are looking for here? Is it a whole laptop or desktop? Can it be missing items or have cracked screen?
