Regarding batteries.

you say NiCad and NiMH. Aren't Laptop and Cell Phone batteries all LiIon? I only have seen NiCads in tools.

I personally would look at all the buyers list to find the one best suited to you. I personally am not allowed to show favoritism but some of the other buyers have updated their sites and have at least a handful of good reviews. All I'll say.
