Website
Our company just finished our company site. I was wondering if the members here and the general public would mind checking out the site and letting us know if it seems user friendly and changes you would suggest for the site? Any help would be great we didnt put our converter or ewaste prices yet but are working on it. Were also adding an online store, employment application and more as we go over the next couple of week.
Here is the link: https://waiteautosalvage.com
I have owned the domain several times over the years and decided to buy it back this year due to getting rid of doing business as name of Farrar Recycling and changing to different corporations this year with a new location opening 20 miles away from here.
But anyways any suggestions, comments, etc... feel free to leave them below. Thanks for reading and checking out the site.

If u want honesty ill give it to you...i would be skeptical of doing business with you after reading your posts for the last several years...i do not see a true plan moving forward and to much change and uncertainty in the direction of your business....here is hoping you prove me wrong as i hope everyone here on the forum is successful

I think i would re-work the "about us" section. Cut it down to your current business location, contact information, and reasonable business hours. Ten hour work days M-F and half day on Saturday are about the standard. Closed Sundays & holidays.
I know it's harsh, but you'll never survive the business climate here in Maine by reinventing yourself every so often. You either know what you're doing or you don't. It just seems like you haven't quite hit your stride yet.
Above all else ... think before you speak, choose your words carefully, and always be impeccable in your word.
Edited to add:
I went over it some more. There's way too much information being presented and spelling mistakes here & there. Again ... i know it's harsh, but it needs a bit of polish.
Maybe have a mentor from the small business administration counsel you on how to refine it ? The desire to work hard and do well is certainly there but a college educated person with a degree in business could help with some of the things that aren't your strong suit.

Too much verbage. When I click on the tab for junk car removal, I just want to see price and/or cost and how it is going to convenience/inconvenience me and a phone number to call to get it gone. I don't care to read paragraphs unless I am reading reviews. I don't recall if you have any of those but that is something to consider adding.

Less "words" would make your web site look less cluttered.
Maybe paraphrase a lot of the information in to quick to read chunks and include more pictures ?
( according to Google, you typically have between 3 to 5 seconds to get your message across before a visitor "bounces" )

Have someone check grammar. Some misspellings, run on sentences, and punctuation mistakes.

i guess you dont buy owners manuals anymore?

I am getting a sales pitch for Zen Cart. Very professional looking site. If I wanted to purchase a website purchasing interface I would consider buying it from you. How long have you been in the web marketing field?
-
Same with me on the Zen cart. I think he must have either sold the dom name or changed venues.

Think your sites down bud
