Welcome to the forum. where in the h### is Pembroke Pines, I have lived in florida over 50 years and never heard of that town. I'm about 40 miles north of tampa.
Pembroke Pines is between Miami & Ft.Lauderdale next to Hollywood & Miramar.
Lots of good scrap in your area, have lots of friends there and can't motivate them to go after it, good luck!
