Never had a problem. Is there any error coming back or is it just pretending like it's downloading but never finishes. If you are putting them in your description you need to switch to the HTML mode.
It just acts like they are uploading and never finishing....HMMM wonder WTF
that's pretty bad, if ebay won't take it ; ) been a long time since i used ebay, and it's surely changed. Did you dr the photos any, in a program that might have changed the format ? does it still say jpeg ? Can you view your internet activity, to see if while it's supposedly loading, if it's actually moving any data?
They still say jpg and not doctored
I click the Standard Tab at the top of the upload window. Pics to big maybe?
they are 1600 pixels what ebay reccomends....Could it be my broadband connection I use with my laptop....It's one of those portable devices that go anywhere
idk...I just have DSL connection on the desktop. If you are able to upload to Photobucket it should work for Ebay too.
I don't know I'm so frustrated....Oh well
Don't know if it'll help Mike, but try signing out of ebay the sign back in. Sometimes I have to do that if I'm working on a listing.
would what KZ said work, if you load em to PB, then embed em in ebay ad?
I will try but I'm having trouble with photobucket too....WTF I can't get my pics to work I would like to show ya'll my latest find that I want to sell on ebay
i always pre listed mine there, was a dime well spent, to get your listing all ready to go, and uploaded and set, at least two hours before it was set to actually begin. That gave it time to get set up in their system, and when the listing started, it was on the front page, and could "hit the ground running", instead of finally showing up in the listings, two hours later, on page 457
hmmm, if you're having a prob with pb too, might try a pc restart, maybe get it all sorted back out somehow

Finally got this to upload....I want to sell this on ebay got in a cleanout a couple of days ago
cool!
Yeah I'm finding some cool stuff just no way to market it....I might hoard this stuff and look for a flea-market one weekend
that's a great idea too! mike, gave me a flea market idea too ;)
1st pic on ebay is free, then I believe 15 cents per pic after. I post the 1st, then load the rest from photo bucket so I don't give ebay any more $$ than necessary.
However that doesn't solve your problem of uploading a pic. You definitely want to upload one, otherwise your listing shows a blank photo which equals less views.
You think the item is worth listing?
I would think it is but I'm just going off the cool factor and don't know what year and model jeep its from. Look at some completed listings. Might even be worth more if you rigged up a small transformer so the lights work off of house current and it becomes something that could hang in a game room, loft or man cave. On second thought its junk, send it to me for proper disposal.
LMFAO.....There are some completed listings for similar items.....The prices range anywhere from 60 to 200....Anyways due to my lack of knowledge I posted it on CL for $60......I did find a sticker on the grill that was half peeled off but it looked like it said AMC I assume this was a brand of jeep manufacturer
If it's an AMC that puts it somewhere between 1970 and the late 80's.
Are you using turbo lister? If not, why?
To be honest this is my first listing on ebay....My parents run a ebay operation.... I wanted to try it myself
