If anyones ever thinking of making a heavy duty trailer, I'd suggest using airplane wheels.
I used a trailer that had them once, so easy to push around by hand, real low friction bearings, large dia wheels.
When you start pushing it, the inertia takes over & you can bounce it up & over 1 foot high obstructions, like house foundations (thats where I was using it) The large dia wheels help here too.
The tires are made for over 100Mph & the rubber is several inches thick so you don't have to worry about nails etc, 'self sealing' I was was told too.
