Just got a referral on at least two truckloads full of scrap to pick up tomorrow - this was from a guy that only scraps cars and I had referred someone to him a couple weeks ago.
Also, he couldn't find my card so he had his wife do a search on me online, and my facebook page came up, so at least in this case, I'm REALLY glad I have a Facebook page and that it has my # on it!
Ive been debating making a facebook page specifically for my "business". Have ne other small timers done this and has it produced?
What I did was a facebook page separate from my personal page, then invited everyone to 'like' it. In addition, when I post things to my LadyScrappers page, I share it to my personal page. I've gotten a cleanout, a few computers and a dishwasher out of it so far. Hope this helps.Quote:
