Two first for me today
I was breaking down the twelve towers that i got last week and i found my first 5.25" hard drive. Im pretty sure i read on here that they have some value above scrap. I also found a pentium i200. Anyone know if this is classified as a ceramic pentium or does it have some greater value. I also got 5 ceramic pentiums.

the pentium 200 was about the top of the pentium one era (for scrap purposes anyway, 233s were not ceramic as far as i know). What model 5.25 is it? There is a "bigfoot" (Maxtor I believe it was) 5.25" (40 pin IDE) half height (1") that was more recent than the original 5.25 full height MFM (2 connector sets) drives. 5.25" MFM drives have more value than scrap for vintage collectors. They won't make you rich, just hoping you'll know that you've done a good deed for these ancient creatures will help :) If you need a contact for more info i'll be happy to find you one
The bigfoots i've saved also, at least a couple, just for the fun of it ; )
