Plastic and glass

Place by me started buying glass bottles and jars again! .05 lb or .06 if sorted by color and smashed. #1 plastic bottles .30 a lb, #2 plastic .08 lb (milk jugs, water jugs) and colored #2 is .02 a lb. They pay more if you can bale your plastic. I need to build that plastic bottle baler that has been mentioned here.

Try it out and see how it works for you. If you can get enough plastic to make worth your time then your on to something if not then drop it and go on to something else, you'll never know unless you try it.

That is great. We recycle everything we can around here, paper, cardboard, and of course metal. haven't found anywhere for glass or plastic. We don't even care about getting paid for those items but it would be great.
