E-waste question regarding circuit boards. Do you guy and gals take off all electrical components and sell just the clean board or just some of the components (fingers, processor, heat sink, IC chips etc.) Is it worth it to take off the Diodes, Resistor, Relays and stuff like that? Is there any money in it or is it just a waste of time. I tried to search on You Tube without any luck.

Heat sinks are usually AL. Tearing off components also removes the surface pads. The pads may be plated with gold over hard nickel. Most MIL and telecom are gold over nickel on 1/4 ounce copper for multi layer boards. Oddly enough, old tube type boards for radio and TV probably have more copper than digital multilayer (1/4 on multi and 2 ounce on heavy tube boards).
Don't depopulate the boards. Leave components on and sell the board as is (Aside from anything your buyer ASKS that you remove)

Check on ebay for current value on radio tubes. There are hams and others who want them for new projects as well as repair of old equipement. Many of the tubes have little value but some are in demand.
Depending on the old radio board you find it may be in demand as is. Mike.
Also don't be shy about bringing coax to a hamfest or old connectors. They are worth more than spot price to radio people.
Why would ham operators want someone's old used (possibly corroded) coax? It's only good for scrap, you don't want to trust your $500-$1000 radio to someone's junk coax. That would be like running re refined oil in your racing motor.
I've had some ask for just 6 feet of thick coax, stuff I get garbage picking. I don't ask what they need it for. Most are pretty sharp engineers and test it for impedance prior to hooking anything up to it (or so they tell me). If I find it, they want it and are willing to pay for it (I give full disclosure that it is NOT tested or new), then that is it. You see the same people at hamfests and some will give you a wish list. It just gives you more things to keep your eyes open for when going through trash.
isn't coax still sold new ? is the old stuff better someway or something ?
Yep, still being sold but for some it is cheaper to get a small length than having to buy larger quantity than what they need. It comes down to $. Why buy new 10 foot length when all you need is a used 5 foot for testing something. Like Mechanic688 said, their rigs cost money but for testing second hand stuff they pick up, they will buy short pieces.
Getting back to the thread, on low grade boards I take off the IC chips any spools of copper and transformers, mid grade boards I only take the IC chips that plug in and high grade boards I take the heatsinks and CPU's
