It's just a police auction site where they sell stolen goods that are unclaimed.

Bidding starts at $1.00 on all items.

Just a play on words.

No I have not it was presented as a story on my local news channel.

PTS and I were checking out a local police auction and they were selling boxes and boxes of water pipes and regular ones...PFF.

Check out all the grow lights they got, the confiscate them then resell them-Job security eh?

Under Texas law...even after auction of said item even a police auction if the owner claims the item even after it sells for a time of xyears 9don't remember want that was) they can legally take it back with out giving you a dime and you are out said money. But they have to give proof that its there's either by S/N number or bill of sale that records the item to them.

Something to keep in mind when buying cars as you fill out the paper work the car/truck will pop back up on the "radar" and they can claim it and will have the title along with other paper work.

Beware that private sellers can sell on property room too. Used to be cops only, but not anymore

Looks like most items are not recovered stolen property....Most of it appears to be cheap chinese Ipod accessory kits and video game stuff.

Kinda like Ebay but with more junk.
