Hello, I know here in CA when a CRT is picked up from a business or individual, a document should be filled out with certain information. I've always heard it referred to as a CRT log. Some recyclers won't take the CRT's without this document. Does anyone know where i can find this document, I tried the DTSC, but no luck. Thanks.
