I have a buddy who has a boom truck and portable generator, compressor, and plasma cutter. I just called him and asked him if he wanted to do a scrap job with me and he said heckyeah he could use the cash. So I emailed these people and and they said they had 2 guys comming by to look at the job tomorrow and if they didnt work out I could do it. Crossing my fingers it comes my way.

Not sure if that was his plan or not but if the boom truck can handle it I would tie it off at the top with the crane then cut it loose at the bottom and ease it down. While cutting it up might be a good idea to keep it tied off with the crane in case the load shifts or rolls. Watch your toes when you start butchering it.
I thaught about cutting out the lower section first. then using the boom/bucket truck with the plasma cutter we can just cut out managable panels and push them in and let them fall to the ground on the inside. Then when the whole skin is off cutting down the skeleton shouldnt be that hard.
