New to the board

Hello everyone. I started scraping about 9 months ago just picking up odds n ends stuff putting them in my backyard. it was sitting there a while and one day I took vacation from work and my son said let turn it in. Well we loaded the truck and took it in. Thought i would get about $20.00 dollars. I was wrong, I walked away with $78.00 dollars. since then I have been picking uop stuff more regularly. From reading alot of the post on this forum I made lots of mistakes. Turning in grills for scrap metal prices. Anyway I have learned alot from this board and it is greatly appreciated.
