just wanted to let everyone know that if hurricane irene does hit the east coast like predicted there will be tons of scrap...lots of scrappers made a ton of cash after katrina...you can actually help people w/ offering free removal of scrap....just a thought
I am sure you could make some quick cash... But thats a hell of a way to do it! Hopefully this thing dose not hit. Last thing everyone needs with the economy so crappy is a big natural disaster.
hobo...after a hurricane the people that come to clean up are like a breathe of fresh air for the people that have lost so much....trust me been there done it...lots of hugs,sandwiches and ice water
Mother natures way of taking care of scrappers. That said hope yoall come out ok be safe and well all. prepair for no power water or sewer. for atleast a week just in case. tank up on gas. no power no fuel.
a couple of guys i know went down a few weeks after katrina and made out like bandits goin around and asking demo contractors if they could go in and cut wire out...not in houses but in malls,shopping centers,ect
