Not sure but I was wondering if anyone else's choice scrape yard lumps electric motors, alternators, starters, lawnmower engines, etc into breakage. The yard that I am taking stuff to is paying .15/lb for breakage. Could I do better elsewhere?

Motors should bring around 50+ cents a pound.
Yeah my yard pays 18 cents / lb for lawnmower engines and transmissions. they consider this low grade breakage. But they pay 40 cents / lb for any tyupe of electric motor.
Anytype of breakage, transformers, compressors etc etc .10 a pound... im going to ask why so low.. Problem is there are not many yards around here

Wdaddy that is a great idea! Have you ever seen anyone selling whole elecrtic motors for scrap on ebay before. I did a quick search on ebay but didn't see anything
