Yeah....i dont know how those guys are "BBB certified". I had a conversation with them last week on the phone. Told them what i do, and what i have, and what im interested in selling to them. They told me that i'm too worried about "making the sale" that i should be more concerned with "environmental concerns, and what YOU can do to reduce your carbon footprint"

Bunch of idiots, in my opinion.

Interesting....I was sitting on my deck the other day enjoying an adult beverage when an Avon lady approached....She started out trying to talk to my wife, who was not home at the time and then turned her attention to me. When she found out what I do she told me about that website....I checked it out and it was a joke to say the least. Then she started trying to recruit me to become an Avon Rep....Gave me this whole speech about how men make great sales people for the products, yada, yada....I started out with a polite decline and then moved to rude when she was not taking no for an answer. She was lucky I spoke to her at all....I was drinking a beer and it is just bad form to disturb a man with a Bud in his hand.

People talk about scrappers ripping people off, we checked out what they'd pay for my wife's old iPhone, hah, 50 bucks. It stilled worked, and was the 3g from AT&T. Sold that bad boy on CL for 200.

I known that site for a long time...an there are many other sites.

BBB is like a club you join now days, much like the chamber of commerce, and about as usefull. to me they are kind of like a mafia, you are in or your not.

those "cash for" sites are all the same, they may be legal, but morality is, sadly, not regulated like every thing else. hmmmmm we may be better off if it were.

this is the very reasion we need to put together this independent orginisation. we need 10,000 members out there providing good honest service. to be able to deal with the multi million dollar media budgets of all these shamers.
