Florida is making the news way too much lately. There has been a few of these scrap type stories, the Casey Anthony thing, and this last weekend, well that was a biggy.
Around 1 in the afternoon (Saturday) a kid posted on facebook that he was having a party that evening at his house. He then bludgeoned his mother and father to death with a hammer around 5. he drug their bodies into their bedroom and covered them with sheets, books, etc. He then cleaned up the mess before everyone arrived for the party. He was going to kill himself later after the party apparently. He told his friend all of this and showed him the evidence while the party was going on. Fortunately the kid or someone stepped up and called the cops.
This was less than 2 miles from my house.
