Hey guys I was just wondering what kind of money you guys are paying for insurance on your trucks?
Looking to maybe invest in a early 90's f-150 if I can get a decent price on it.

So could i assume that older cars have lower insurance rates? excluding everything else that is.
I carry a commercial line on my Durango. If you're in an accident and the cops or the other party finds out you're a commercial party it becomes a whole new set of rules. It's not that hard to figure out if you're pulling a trailer with 3 pallets full of scrap.
As per my knowledge, Insurance for your trailer and truck, semi is probably going to be one of your largest expenses. While it may be tempting to choose the insurance company offering the lowest prices, which are not always wise.
how about call a broker or insurance company??
Where do you live?
how often will you drive it and where?
where will you keep the truck?
how old are you?
whats your driving history like?
do you have a police record?
ever been charged with insuarnce fraud?
ever been denied an insurance policy?
ever had your license revoked?
just a few of the things that the insurer will ask, hard for us to estimate for you, without knowing some of the above :)
Good luck.
Insurance rates also vary due to your credit rating also!
