I picked this up over the weekend, and am not able to identify it. There is some wording on it that says "super jet". What makes it unique is the fact that it has 2 gears. You can see the shifter on the right hand of the body toward the back.Attachment 158Unfortunately the petals are gone, but all of the gearing is there for the 2 gears.
Hey Parrothed... I think that's a BMC.. I don't recognize the front end thought... not sure what year it may be.

DON"T SCRAP IT!!! Find a restoration company like the one on TV and sell it to them or have them restore it. I'd imagine you'd get some bid bucks for it.
Search ebay for "pedal car" and you'll probably see one just like it. I sell any pedal car I get on ebay and you can get $30-$40 just for an old rusty body.
Well I have no intention of scrapping it. I bought it for $65. I may have paid too much, but I have never seen one like this with the gears. If I can't break even or better then the wife will turn it into a planter.
I got a lot of other cool things for cheap cheap at an estate sale. Just wished I had gotten there sooner.
