Any Scrap Yards Around Ottawa, Ontario to BUY Steel For Cheap?

I need heavy gauge steel plate for some welding projects.

Scrap yards in Ottawa don't sell metal to the public. Are there are good scrap yards where I can walk into the yard and grab what I need?
