Free gaylord season

Hey all! It's getting to be melon season which means all major food retailers will start getting 1/2 or 3/4 size gaylords of melons in (sometimes full gaylords even). All spots local by me (Dollar General, Smiths, Walmart, Smart & Final and others) have been willing to give them away when empty. For those who do a lot of bulk quantities or freight shipping this can be a no cost way to get gaylords.

Forgot to bump this in the spring. Just between two stores within a mile I get as many as 20 1/2 & 3/4 gaylords every week. Introduced myself to the produce managers and asked them if they'd set them aside and they said no problem.

Picked up my first ones of the season today!

It's that time again folks. Free gaylord season has commenced!
