Not me! Lol most of all the places that were paying crazy high can and plastics are gone now. Aluminum cans $.65 - $.75, #1 plastic $.15 - $.25 a pound
I loved the part where they said they were undercutting the recycling program. The goal was to recycle plastic and they were recycling plastic. What California is complaining about is the 2017 #1 pet recovery rate was 74% and these guys were cutting into the 26% profit slush fund for the politicians. You know there is no way any politician would ever tolerate that.

That is because of the California crv tax. Residents of Cali basically pay a deposit on ecery food container they buy, then they can get that back when they recycle them. Thats why its Illegal
