what would this be from?

i was watching a video and this guy got a transformer from a auction i was wandering is it from a power pole or one of those square things in appartment complexes that say high voltage? the ones one the poles are round not square.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7jw7ztJ558 it had 66lbs of copper how much would that thing weigh? think i could haul that on a hand truck? how much would a good hand truck cost that has a good weight capacity best place to get one?

I scrapped a rectifier that powered a large phone system back in 2016. It had 3 transformers in it. The weights were 263 pounds, 65 pounds and 50 pounds. I got 91 pounds of #1 copper from all 3 transformers.
