Need help to indentify this tractor

One of my neighbors gave me a heads up on this tractor says if could be had for scrap price, all I have is these three pictures he does not know the brand. I think that someone has stuck the Wabco decal on the back of the tractor as no google or reverse images find this machine.

Looks like it has a 4 cylinder engine and judging by the color of the fuel in the sediment bowel could be diesel, or perhaps marked farm fuel.

Would like to know who made this tractor and who was the dealer.

$50.00 and I own the tractor, my neighbour and I will be leaving early in the morning for the 3.5 hour drive.

All that is wrong with the tractor is the hydraulic slave cylinder on the clutch needs to be repaired with a kit or replaced.

You need to fix the tail lights while you're at it.

I honestly know nothing about tractors but I have always found your (all three of you) posts and pics very interesting.

If you look at the rear tire you'll see the axle nut protruding on the tractor, both Canada and the USA postal service used a two wheel drive Jeep to deliver rural mail. I now think the tractor lived a previous life delivery mail.

Also the engine in the tractor screams postal Jeep, the valve cover indicates that the engine is a four cylinder GM engine nick named the Iron Duke. Both Mercruiser and OMC use them in their marine applications. You'll find that engine in some Chevy S-10's and many more GM products.

As an automotive engine it's claim to fame is reliability and economy its definitely not a performance engine.

Every time you see a US postal service Grumman on the road you'll find an Iron Duke under the hood.
