Hello everyone.
Very excited to be a member. Anxious to learn a lot more about scrapping. It started off just to get rid of a few things now I’m obsessed with it. I love to tinker with the e-waist. The fact that I’m helping with recycling really is a motivation for me. Time to dive in and start learning. Thanks everyone.
Welcome to the forum. I'll give you my new guy advise.
Hold onto the ewaste you have until you know more about it and the value. Take the time to read the Scrap Buyers/Sellers section(button at the top of each page), to learn about potential buyers for you. Read the old threads until you know enough about ewaste you feel comfortable selling it. Pay attention to the cost of shipping, many of the buyers offer assistance and we have a member who specializes in shipping. 73, Mike
Welcome!!! The best advice I can give, read, read, read.!!!! There is so much knowledge here. So many experts, and so many members that has tried things, and know the best way to do stuff. Listen to what everyone says, and read . There are thousands of threads about scrapping. For the beginner, this is your college education, for free. Again, welcome, have be safe, have fun

Welcome to the forum. I can't give you any better advice than you were given already. Know your product and learn how far to tear it down. At 38 bucks, that sounds like the equivalent of about 4 full computers. Good luck and keep reading.
When I transitioned from scrapping cars to computers, I felt the same way! Within a year I could maximize every single thing on a computer and killed it. A LOT of what I learned was from the forum here, the people here, and reading old posts! I recently found some of my first e-waste posts and laughed at myself- but you know what- without going that route, without being hungry to learn and having the stones to ask the questions.
