House 1, pheasant 0. Does a house need a hunting license...? We were all up about 0815 this morning when we heard a loud THUD!! The wife says I think a bird hit S's bedroom window. I go in and surprise, yes, a bird but not what I was expecting!! Don't know if was the same one but I saw a pheasant fly into one of our neighbor's garage doors at first light a couple of months ago. It laid there stunned and then got up and flew away. If its a same one, then he's ability to duck the law of physics ran out this morning, "a" mass x "b" velocity + hard surface= game over.
