As far as I know, Mario of CFCS buys them.

If you do find someone who buys MLCCs, do let us know! i have a collection of them as well as some crystal timers that I've stored up while l wait for a buyer. So if you find someone, do share with the class! Thanks!
In the past, this buyer said they were buying mlcc scrap. It was a long time ago, though, so best to call or email to make sure.
