Stumbled into a truckload of these boxes, they are heavy duty stainless steel so I picked them up guy said they were electrical boxes. When I opened one this is what's in all of them. Is there any value here.? Thanks.

The boxes themselves might have some resale value. They look like they are weatherproof. You might want to see if you can find a company that installs gate operators and parking gates. I know the retail price for boxes like that new is pretty high.
