Got my first gold cap chip! Not sure what everything else on the board is.

Hi all! Got my first Gold cap off an IBM AS/400 that was on the side of the road.

Also has other chips but with a aluminium heat sink on them. Are those more gold caps under those heatsinks?

I'm just seeing IC chips...hard to see details though.

I don't have x-ray vision. I think under the caps are the white ceramic soldered on chips. I have found a good amount of them and they were always a disappointment upon opening them up
