ADP Time Clock
Found three of these in my local thrift store's throw away pile. Thought I would post a pic to show you what's inside.
Sorry for the poor quality. Low light and my cell phone camera.

It takes about 90 seconds to break these down. Main board, small board with LCD display, I clipped three TC's which you can see in the middle, and a silver keyboard mylar.

A lot of chips and a couple of TC's, that's really good for free. All from a ADP time clock? Would have never thought there would be that much there, thanks for picture.
-
I know, right? Free is always good, just not enough free stuff out there ;)
-
Nice work! I wouldn't have expected that much from a time clock, and free is always a good thing.

thanks pics and info like this is what I love about this forum, not to mention what I love about this business and all the fun discoveries

Travis, I find myself often searching for posts like this one when I'm curious about what is in something. Adding the tags to the post should help with future searches too.
There have been times that I have been looking at buying something at auction and just can't figure out what kind of boards the 'things' contain.

that's true and great for us and newbs to search, I myself am obsessed, I try and catalog most of my finds with pics and details in a master folder so to speak of that is small enough to fit on my phone so when I am out and looking at stuff I have a past reference to see if it fits with the same items. I keep track of how many items I get of each like grills and towers radios and such so I can know all of what I picked up each year I just carry a recorder with me and write it down later.
I used to go as far as writing down addresses and each item I found there our in general area but it got to be to much to sit down and listen to myself and type it out lol

I've found that the keypad/LCD combo is usually a good indicator of valuable material. That, and any electronic not available to the general public through Wal-Mart or Staples. I think ADP only offers those clocks to specific customers, upon request. It's been a while since I dealt with them, though.
