Wild Start of 2016, China Circuit Breakers, Gold Rises, Dow Murdered

Well, China triggered Circuit Breakers overnight (Sort of like Stop Losses) and suspended trading.
Dow starts off plunging 400 points and as of this typing still down 336 points

It is rallying Gold though. We will have to wait to see how it pans out but a CLOSE above $1093.80 in the near future could show that we may be on a gold rally again.

Of course even if it does Close above the $1093.80 mark, it will most likely drop again to test the market and shake out the weak before making a rise.

Bad for all of our 401K's today but Decent news, potentially, if your retirement is banked heavily upon gold.

As the saying goes When China sneezes the rest of the world catches a cold

I read a story a couple days ago the air pollution was so bad in Beijing they actually shut several factories and a restaurant there was charging extra money for running air cleaners in their restaurant.

Give it a decade and little will be made in China, it is getting too expensive there. The Chinese stock market is a mess from day one, anybody who invests long term there is an idiot. You are better off in Vegas where they will at least comp you a decent room and dinner when they screw you.
