New direction any advise to get started? I have tons of file cabinets and i have tested if with my magnets necklace. lol What next?

welcome call a local scrap yard find out what their metal prices are then haul o the nearest highest paying scrap yard then repeat .
if the magnet sticks to it most likely steel or possibly stainless steel if it does not its aluminum .
BTW read the forums read the forums

Pull out the drawers remove aluminum handle sell as prepared steel. Sell the rest as clean sheet iron...

I do well selling file cabinets for more than scrap.
