I think he was hinting that if anyone knew where to buy it at a profitable price they probably wouldn't tell you...but if your going to pay more than a scrap yard you might want to advertise in the buyer's section here.
I would start by checking with all the mom-pop (independent) scrap yards around the area where you could truck it out of. Offer them a couple cents above what their selling it for locally and offer to come pick up a 20 ton load and pay cash/or bank check and you'll have them banging on your door.
