copper ETF

So JPMorrgan wants to do to copper what all the other banks have done to precious metals. Keep this in mind there are more etf's sold than there is the physical metals. If there was ever a run on metals where people wanted the metal instead of the paper the backers of the paper would be screwed. Its always better to hold the physical metals instead of paper.

precisely,
Yet ETF's have a profound effect on Gold , Silver prices .
some times to the benefit or disadvantage to the buyer of the
physical metal due to artificial pricing,
The consensus is copper reflects true to economic growth or decreases
Could Copper ETF's mess up the respectability copper has as a barometer
that even I use to gauge the scrap market
Not that it's an indication
but often sellers of copper bullion sell out
and there is a waiting time to replenish
so there is a popularity to .999 bullion
The question I seek is
Will the copper stored for ETF's
going to be copper scrap
or copper bullion only
If it's bullion , then copper .999 bars and such could have a reality some day if copper ETF
gained ground to the level of gold -silver ETF's

I don't have that problem wth PMs ETFs (don't know about base metals though?) because who I work for, I can't "legally" own them. Maybe some day if everything holds together that long. But I don't think they can stop me from owning physical PMs (and I'm not going to ask them...).
