What to do with metal backed circuit board?

I am still a beginner here. I have started scrapping some computers and I have been coming across some metal backed circuit board.
There is not much on it usually an ic chip and a copper winding.
Should I just pull the copper and ic chip and get rid of the metal backed board, or does the board have some value after it is stripped.

If your yard buys low grade boards put it there, if not take what you want off and put in with your shred...

I wish my yard had a separate category for low grade boards. They only take them as light iron 99% of the time.

Yea.. Uhm could be a motherboard in that case some buyers want everything stripped, some want certain stuff on. Not surely low grade. Google the board # and figure out what kind it is or search by image. Don't low grade it right off the bat
