The toner cart. was probably worth more to recycle than the cards.
Got it from a company that sells toner. They said that it is on a toner cartridge to prevent refilling the piece. His company tears apart each cartridge to reuse and rebuild each one. He wants to sell these cards. I have no idea what they would be worth.
to be honest, i wouldn't pay for them. i'd take them, but making a trip over there to pick them up, there better be a lot just for me to even make the trip. those aren't worth much. they only have value in volume.
I want to pay for them because this guy knows they are worth something. Also this guy has been giving me a sick ton of hook ups with businesses needing to dump their XP CPU's. My work place threw out 2 10ft ballymore ladders and he drove 20 min to my job site and picked them up. He has a industrial sales friend who can move them. I am hoping to meet the friend and make some connections for e-waste and scrap carbide.
So I am trying to do the right thing and offer this guy a price for these tiny boards…If I take a hit and lose, so be it. Its always worth it in the long run.
I suggest you determine as best as you can the quanity available and send a sample to one of our buyers. Get the real answer from the guy you are going to sell to. Mike
Are those yellow squares gold plating? I can sell those for small skt mobo price to my buyer. If that is plating you should get better than that when you sell. I would offer 1.00 per pound depending on what you can get for them.
When someone brings something that small I just throw it in with mboard or mid grade.......I tell them they would have to have a large quantity of items like that to negotiate a better price
It looks like gold. like flash printed onto the board. I will prepare a batch for photos with ruler.
