I found a C-100 Hobart Mixer this morning. Was curious if anyone had come across one of these and if they were able to find a buyer instead of scrapping it.
It still runs smooth and has the bowl and one whisk attachment. Any input would be appreciated, nothing came up in the search bar.
I've been crazy busy shipping (day job) and scrapping, so I apologize for only lurking lately and not posting. Hope you all are as busy as me!:cool:

I would think a Google search would find buyers of restaurant equipment. There is a 10 quart bowl for it on Amazon for 150.00.
I'd list in on CL or e-bay, someone who bakes a lot might even buy it. My aunt used to have a large one like that for mixing bread dough.
Hobart is a top brand used by professional chefs. I think Fudge, I mean Sledge, had a real large one that he did pretty well with. If it works you should get a good pay day on it.
