E-waste Refinery to open in Arkansas

Doing some internet reading today and found several articles about this company, Blue Oak Resources. It's a California company that broke ground earlier this month building a E-waste refinery. The plant is going to be Osceola, Arkansas and company has raised 35 million. They claim this going to be the first e-waste refinery in the United States. I can hardly believe that claim, will have to do a little more research on this company. Don't know what impact this one operation will have on the scrap industry. Think it will be positive? What's everyone else think?

No clue how it'll affect the industry. Might be good, might be bad...I'll have to hold out judgement till I read or learn more about them an what they plan to do.
