Hey yall
Well im ThatTubaDude, i started scrapping cans out of my parents suburban to pay for my band trips and then realized i could get some decent money from it. Well when i got my first car i made sure it was a pickup. Well my 2000 chevy 1500 has supported me quite well. It's running strong and is just broken in with 303,000 miles so has plenty of life left. I've been going to auctions and buddies houses for scrap metal because i cant find city wide trash days. After working at MC. D's for a free months i realized i couldn't take it and started flipping metal to pay for gas and insurance and in the winter got an evening job and have spent scrap metal money on me and my truck. (new hauling air bags, headache rack, grille guard, air horns etc.) So that's me.... Quick question, does any one know the dumpster diving rules cuse there is a nice piece of aluminium in my hs dumpster....

Welcome to the forum. Talk to the principal about the dumpster. You should be safe taking it if it is in the dumpster, but different locals could have different rules. The principal could give you permission and inform the custodial and maintenance staffs to set that type of stuff to the side for you in the future. I'd be checking in with the principle about hauling away their old ewaste, then read up here all about it. Find out where the money is in ewaste cause it's easier to stockpile and store when broken down.
