copper wire granulator
Hi!
At first I must apologise myself for my bad english, but I`ll do my best.I will have a bunch of questions.
I`m going to granulate different cable (cable in computers, cars, washmachines,...).
1. I know that with the granulators for plastic can also be granulated cabels, but I don`t know which one would be beter for the job. I don`t know which one has a better system- rotor blades?
machine1: This machine have 3x3 rotating blades and two stationary blades. (machtek mg25a)
machine2: This machine have 3 rotating blades and 1 or 2 stationary blades. This system I have seen in action but the first one I didn`t see and I don`t know how it works.
Which system of rotor blades is better? the first or the second?

So far your English is as good as mine so no problem with that.
Much has been written about granulators on the forum and there are many videos on youtube. We have/had a couple of active members who are in the business and hopefully will show up with real answers to your questions.
What I have gotten from my studies on this subject is hands on experience seems to be the answer. I do recall one of the members who is/was in the wire chopping business told me many of the systems he used lost copper. He spoke of chopping the same type wire making adjustments easier. Best of luck. Mike.
