legit web site for free money

hello all....i got a call today from an old friend and she discovered this website... missingmoney.com it lets you search and see if you have any unclaimed money out there anywhere...i actually had a 300 dollar settlement from an old car accident i had several years ago...i wasnt even aware of it,,

the way i understand it is,this usually happens when you move and a company trys to issue you a refund of some type and they have no way to contact you....im not 100 percent sure...it is legit though i already started the process and i am expecting my payment shortly...

it is worth a few minutes to check out

Lets just say this site worked out VERY well for my father in-law.
nothing for us but it is worth the look for sure.

It didn't help me either, but I did find some money for my uncle. He had left money in two different state (banks) while he was in the army. Made his day when I asked him "I found some of your money, Do you want it?".

Is this a world wide site? Or only good in the US?

It picked up stuff in Italy for the in-law. Not sure about how much coverage it has though.

Just checked it out and I'm RICH!!!!! haha, well not really but I did save 15% on my car insurance.....jk, that just popped in my head since I actually do have an unclaimed check in the whopping amount of $3.60 from Geico.

This does appear to be legit though, I used to live in Michigan so I looked up the actual state government website and when you try to search for unclaimed property it just gives you a link to go to missingmoney.com

Kudos on finding this website. I found 200 from an apartment my wife lived at and a security deposit box from a deceased family member! I wanna know what is in the box it says tangable property on the states website. Hmmmmm

I have never used this site but I have used the website for the state of Florida. I got 105.00 for the sale of some stock that I didn't know sold. I also found money for both of my sisters, both of my brothers, one of my brother-in-laws and some other family members. I think I'll check out this one.
