22 Towers, 4 Laptops, Misc stuff... 36 optical drives, 36 hard drives, 11lbs of memory in the bottom of the middle bin, you can see some of it sticking out. There's also a UPS and some random goodies to go through. In the truck I've also got 40 empty towers I already ran over to crush them down. Then in the garage I can't even get my motorcycle out because we've got unprocessed towers front to back...I need help.

I'm just wondering how long my li-ion Bosch screwguns are gonna last, I got a bitdriver and a 3/8 screwgun, both 12V. They see use about 8 hours of the day...every day...for a 100 each I figure if they last 4 months ill be impressed.

I feel your pain, after cooking a couple nice cordless tools last fall it's back to heavy duty corded tools for me. Most of the projects I do are done in the basement or garage so electricity is always an extension cord away. Problem is I hate dealing with the cords.

For the amount of work you are doing, likely at the bench, you may want to consider an overhead tool spring balance rig. Basically it lets you hang heavy duty corded tools on a retractable tether right in front of your workers bench space. The good ones take most of the weight from the tool, so it's like having the benefits of a seriously heavy duty tool but making it nearly weightless. I have not thought much about these rigs since working in a maintenance depot for Uncle Sam's canoe club. The brass were not really pleased with us rigging these things up because there was no million dollar DOD study done on them. However no one could argue with results; we could pretty much count on tearing down and reassembling equipment around 30% faster; after a while they seemed indispensable.

Don't forget to check out the "colored" plates on the back of the computers. Sometimes they are a thin plate of SS pop riveted to a plate of tin, real easy to separate with a straight edge. And the stand-off's where the motherboard screws to, sometimes are brass or SS. It all adds up eventually.

I had to think on this one awhile,,, too funny.

I never thought about the standoffs being brass, for the labor in that I can snap them off pretty easy. Most of today has been punching out copper from the mixed heatsinks. I get a mix of #1 and #2 because the slugs in the P4 heatsinks (the rounds) are press fit not soldered in so some heating of the slug, then the heatink itself and they fall right out.
