I'm in Philly, and I've been wondering. In an urban environment, where can you work? I assume that in a rowhome (where houses are connected to each other), you can't work completely out of your home. Or can you? I mean, there's got to be noise involved given the breaking down process, so wouldn't the neighbors have a fit?
If not at home, where does a part-time (moving to full-time as I learn the trade) scrapper operate?
