ebay vacuum cleaners
since the ebay traders looks to be actual posts, I thought I would ask this here. On a scrap run this morning me and my business partner found a newish vacuum, we scrapped the non working motor, parted out the rest and gave it a good cleaning, after researching the particular model ect, we added it up and if we sold it all, it looked as if on average people were getting around ninety dollars for all the parts we had in good shape! Anyone actually making money like this on these things??? I don't care how long its up for sale either.

ebay vacuum cleaners
my neighbor sold an ancient Rainbow vaccum/deep cleaner on ebay for me which I picked up curb shopping. Pulled in $75 for me. I didnt even have to tear it apart!

Yes, and don't overlook those older vacuums and nasty steam cleaners. Some of the older stuff is collectible, and some of those parts for the steam cleaners aren't cheap either.

I have also been getting a small number of all in one fax/scan/print machines lately......wonder if those parts are worth selling, I have just been selling the little fans on ebay and scrapping the rest! Resale is fairly new territory for me, but I think I really like vacuums now :)

An old co worker of mine used to do nightly curbco and would always find vacuums. Quick time in his garage cleaning them all up and checking out the motors and they would be working good as new. Most he said were clogged from people not cleaning them very often. He would take them to a consignment shop and get some money for them.
