good/bad day

left home to get some riding lawnmower stuff to service it. then passed down a near by street and picked up a tv at one house next house had microwave, drove further down same st. some guy was changing out his waterheater.. he gladly gave it to me :) on way home stoped down another street they had lol a rolling steam bath, ill post pic of that soon, and nice iron shelf, some empty pain cans. got home was scrappin stuff when my brother in law who lives next door came told me he had a tv for me from his friend who he moved today.. cool thank you bro in law, then lol he said he forgot about what I do cause today him nor his friend could remember me when they were beating their head wondering who could come pick up 2 FULL SIZE FRIDGES, ONE SMALL FREEZER, 2 MICRO WAVES ELECTRIC STOVE, AND DVD PLAYER.. so they called a guy from his work, then after all gone they said sh00t bro in law does this stuf hahahaha.. well least I got a tv.. lol..

I know what you mean...the other day my mother in law sent an email out to the kids asking if they have ever heard of people collecting old extension cords for scrap??? I told her, showed her done everything but drag her to the scrap yard.

So I "Replied All" explaining that I have scrapped thousands of pounds of wire and have a good time doing it...to which she asked "Well when did they stop putting copper in extension cords?"...Still do mam.


Steam bath looks like it could be fun trying to fit another in there.

We had one of those steam baths when I was young, great on a cold winter day, and you could still watch TV:D.
Check that thing out to see if it works, probably worth more in re-sale than scrap value, winter is just around the corner.

You might be able to sell that steam bath to someone who has a massage business in their home. My SIL used to have one but it was a homemade one.

I'd turn it into a cooler! If I had the brains to do things like that...kinda cool as a steam bath tho.

Hey Dude, I like the name. I also had a good day. I am a little shame to say but I purchased my first scrap today, a whopping $5 for 3 towers. They were loaded with goodies. Being the professional i am, I left my business card. About an hour later got a call to come get some stuff and picked up about 4 monitors, 5 printers, a scanner, and some wires. $5 went a looooong way today. Now, that's how you stretch a dollar.
