Any of you ever seen one of these. I searched online and wasn't able to find anything about it. I guessed that it was used to test/charge batteries...maybe? Have not clue if I could sell it as one piece, or start breaking it down.

I tried to access above Dropbox links and was advised by my anti-virus software that all three links were fraudulent webpages containing malicious code. You may want to scan your own computer Wolverine.
I'm wondering if it is an old generator/alternator tester for automotive alternators. The electric motor on it would turn the alternator under test.
It IS pretty heavy duty, though, and another thought is that it might be some sort of test stand for electric motors--again, the motor under test would be belted to the "motor" on the tester, which could very well be a generator. The controls and meters on the back panel would tell you volts and amps and the like.
The vertical screw with the handwheel on it would be to clamp down the item under test.

I agree, that is an old automotive generator tester. Clean it up a little and list it on fleabay, might be worth something to the right person.
