Quick Wire Selling
I come into a lot of wiring but i don't have the time to strip them all and get crazy with separating them. For quick turnaround is it ok to just cut the ends off and group all types of wiring into one pile? I heard you get more just for cutting the ends off but i guess that may be different from yard to yard. Anyways any tips for quick wire selling would be helpful.

I cut everything that is not wire off and throw in a bin. Usually I get what my yard calls #2 High Grade Insulated and pays around $1-$1.25 depending on the market.

It depends on your yard what may need to be removed. For me leave the ends on and no difference in price. Mike.

I don't like to put my eggs all in one basket. Doesn't hurt to a couple buckets of brass baring plugs for when brass prices are up

I cut or twist off the brass ends and add to the brass bucket. Then turn in the cord with the end on, no problem! I do cut off any ends that have steel on them.
