Todays Load, and Prices

Well finally had a Saturday off from the regular job. been needing to clean out the yard, the grass is taking over. Some prices were down. Light stuff,shred down to 8 bucks a hundred. No 2 copper $2.35 a lb,Chopper wire .45 cents,down a nickle from the last haul. Aluminum 46 cents,cans 50 cents,compressors 14 cents,electric motors 20 cents. Had 1300 lb of light stuff, didnt do to bad, all told brought home $211 and some change. going to take the wife to Golden Corral for our anniversery dinner tomorrow. i still didnt have room to haul everything in the yard,but i got most of it,enough i think i can run a mower thru there sometime in the next day or two.

Well we drove by Golden Corral and the line was circling out in the parking lot, so i suggested olive garden, thats where we ended up. and this was at 20 till 2 ,but it was fathers day, usually not that big a crowd ,that late in the afternoon.
